We offer an art working service for £25. Add it to your basket and we’ll be in touch when your order comes through.

To help you prepare, we will need:

  • A high-resolution file of your logo (ideally an EPS) and any other design assets.
  • A note of the colour(s) you want to use (Pantone or CMYK breakdowns) or a graphic to match to.
  • A note of the font you want to use. If it’s a non-standard font, we’ll need a copy of this too.

    These XL and extended size event passes are commonly used at sporting events. They can be fully personalised to order, or more usually, are pre-printed with branding and common information, then overprinted on the day with a photograph and details onsite using a Badge Printer.

    Do you have ECO options available?

    Yes. Our Sustainable Range of custom printed cards includes Wood and Bamboo cards, Paperboard and Biodegradable & Recycled PVC.

    Can you set my artwork for me?

    Yes. We offer a Design and Art working service for just £25.

    You can select this when buying our products online or give us a call for more information.

    Can you design my logo for me?

    Sorry, but we’re not able to design your logo as part of our art working service.

    How long will it take to get my cards?

    Unless otherwise stated, our standard turnaround time is 10 working days from card proof approval. When you've signed off the card proof we will get your printed cards to you within 10 working days.

    This doesn't apply to printed RFID cards or wood cards, and to highly bespoke orders (for example where bespoke foiling is required).

    These will take a little longer. Please ask for details when placing your order.

    I’m in a rush, do you do fast track?

    Please contact us about upgrading to a faster turnaround. This is usually possible but please contact us to check.

    How do I get my artwork to you?

    You can upload your artwork at the point of ordering if you have it ready, or you can checkout and email it to us later. Please follow our Artwork Guide when setting your design files.

    We can also set your artwork for you for £25. Add the Artwork Service to your basket and we'll be in touch as soon as we receive your order.

    Is a matt or gloss finish better?

    It depends on what you want your cards to do and long you expect them to be in use, but there are definitely times when we would recommend matt over gloss due to the fact that it doesn’t show up scratches or smudges as easily.

    Can I include a number range on my cards?

    Yes. You can add number ranges, individual names and personalised details onto each individual card.

    We refer to this as ‘variable data’ as it changes on each card. There is a small additional cost for this on top of the card price.

    I’m not sure what features I need on my cards, can you help?

    If you’re unsure about whether you need to add extra features like barcodes, embossed numbers or spot varnish, give one of our friendly team a call.

    We’ll run through your requirements to make sure you aren’t paying for extra features you don’t need.

    Can I print different designs on the same card run?

    Yes. You can change the design of your cards 'mid run' for just £25 for additional design.

    For example, if you need 500 membership cards split into 300 'full' members design, and 200 'weekend' members design, we can do this for an extra £25.

    Can you print cards in Biodegradable or Recycled Plastic?

    Yes, we have ‘better’ PVC options including Biodegradable and 100% Recycled plastic cards.

    Can you send me some card samples to check before I order?

    Yes. Get in touch, let us know what type of cards you’re interested in and we’ll send you some samples in the post.

    Do you do different quantities to those listed?

    Absolutely. Get in touch and we’ll send you a custom quote.

    Can you send out the printed passes to our members on our behalf?

    Yes, through our fulfilment and mailing service. Our sophisticated, high speed machines can handle up to 2,000 cards per hour, taking the hard work out of card issuance.

    We can also personalise base cards with individual details, match up the letter, add any promotional material into the envelope and mail it out on your behalf, at lower prices than you would get through Royal Mail.
