Our Wooden Name Badges are manufactured from sustainable sources. They are 100% plastic free and are naturally biodegradable.
They are also reusable when partnered with removable labels of when using the paper window insert options.

Please note that wood is a natural product so each card will be slightly different. Also by their very nature, wood cards are not as durable or as long lasting as PVC.

Make an immediate sustainable statement to guests, customers or patients with your staff name badges by choosing a wood or bamboo option. Organic, naturally degradable and tactile, our wooden name badges can be printed, engraved or you can combine both for a name badge that really stands out.
We have two standard options, however custom shapes and different sizes are available.
Credit Card Size, with the option of Removable Labels.
Same as a credit card, 86 x 54mm. You can choose to fully personalise each card with names and job titles. Or for a reusable name badge, we can print branded ‘blanks’ that are then personalised with a removable label. These labels go through a laser printer or can be written on using a sharpie or similar. This allows the wooden name badge to be used many times, increasing their sustainability.
Reusable Name Badges with Window, 82 x 35mm.
These reusable name badges come with a window for inserting the name on a piece of paper, making them ideal for temporary name badges or to achieve longevity.
The size of the window is customisable to your design.
Pair with our Recycled Branded Lanyards or choose from various Fasteners and Clips.
These wooden name badges are fully customisable, so you could choose to include a slot punch for the card to be attached to a personalised lanyard, or use magnetic fasteners or pin clips.

Can the size of the window be customised?
Yes. It can be whatever size you require.
Do you offer different sizes to those shown?
Yes – we just show our standard sizes here as these are the most popular, however we can happily quote for a different size.
Can you print custom shapes for my name badges?
Yes. We can cut your reusable name badges to whatever shape you require – please contact us for more information and a custom quote.
What attachments are available?
We offer a strong magnetic clip option or traditional pin and clip combo.
If you’re choosing our credit card size badges, we can also punch a hole or slot in the top for attaching to a lanyard.
Is one wood more sustainable than another?
Bamboo is the most sustainable option due to how rapidly it grows and replenishes.
However it is less robust than other woods as it’s technically a grass, so is a softer material.
Therefore you can expect more ‘bend’ from bamboo.
Will all my wood name badges look the same?
Wood is by its nature a natural product, therefore each badge will be slightly different depending on the grain or colour of the particular piece of wood used.
You should expect variances in colour and texture throughout the card run. This is what makes them unique!
Generally speaking you get more inconsistencies using bamboo due to its softer nature, so if consistency of the finished product is most important to you we would recommend going with a wood rather than bamboo.
What’s the difference between bamboo and wood?
Bamboo is more sustainable due to how quickly it grows and replenishes, however it is not as durable as other woods and you will experience more of a ‘bend’ with a bamboo card.
You can also expect more of a variation in terms of the print or engraving finish on bamboo cards when compared to wood.
